Because our soaps and body-care products are handmade in small batches, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for. Please review our return policy below.
Returns:
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior approval.To request a return, email us at desi@wildflowerandoat.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
We are unable to accept returns on:
Opened or used soaps/body products
Custom or special-order items
Sale or clearance items
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to finalize the refund.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to try a different scent or product, we’re happy to help! Exchanges are accepted for unopened, unused items within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping.Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or offer a suitable solution.
Allergies & Sensitivities:
Our products are made with natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different.Please review the full ingredient list before purchase.We cannot offer refunds due to allergic reactions or sensitivities, but we’re always happy to help you exchange and choose products that may work better for you.
